Program details

What it does, in plain language.

EverEnergy is Simmitri's consolidated incentive and financing program for homeowners, businesses, and non-profits. We continuously research every federal, state, utility, and local rebate, tax credit, and financing offer in the industry, curate the ones that actually move the needle, and package them into a single, transparent plan — so you get the maximum benefit without becoming your own tax analyst.

Built on the same diligence process Simmitri uses for its own commercial and residential projects. Backed by the DSIRE national incentive database, federal IRS guidance, and direct relationships with utility and CCA program teams.

The problem we solve

There are thousands of renewable-energy incentives in the United States. Federal tax credits. State rebates. Utility programs. Municipal grants. County equity adders. CCA electrification bonuses. PPAs from developers. Tax-exempt direct-pay rules from the IRS — and most of them change every year.

Even a seasoned contractor cannot reasonably track all of them. Customers certainly cannot. The cost of missing one is not theoretical — it is often tens of thousands of dollars of benefit that simply evaporates because no one filed the right form, registered on the right portal, or stacked the right combination of programs in the right order. EverEnergy exists so that does not happen to you.

What EverEnergy is

A consolidated program library. We curate the most valuable incentive and financing programs in the industry — the federal Investment Tax Credit and its new § 6417 direct-pay mechanism, state programs like California's SGIP, CCA rebates from Silicon Valley Clean Energy and San José Clean Energy, regional bonuses from BayREN, and a current snapshot of the DSIRE database covering every state and technology.

Two flagship financing pathways — Propel and HDM. Propel is a Prepaid Energy Services Agreement paired with a Medallion Bank loan, available in AZ, CA, ME, and TX, with an Early Buyout Option that moves you to full ownership in Year 6. HDM is a 20-year Prepaid PPA available nationally where the developer owns the system for years 1–6 to capture federal tax benefits, then transfers ownership to the customer at Year 7 at no additional cost.

An AI specialist — the EverEnergy Agent. A Simmitri-trained assistant that knows every program in the library, every clause of the Propel and HDM contracts, the non-profit direct-pay process end to end, and how to combine federal, state, utility, and local programs for any given customer.

Why this matters

For homeowners — money you would otherwise leave on the table, written clarity instead of twelve browser tabs, and a single point of accountability from design through rebate filing.

For businesses and commercial property owners — incentive layering done right: federal ITC adders for domestic content and energy community siting, state SGIP tiers, utility demand-response payments, and accelerated depreciation, modeled and filed by one team.

For non-profits, schools, and public agencies — full IRC § 6417 direct-pay support: ECO portal pre-filing registration, Form 990-T + 3800 + 3468 coordination, deadline management, and refund tracking. The single most important development in non-profit clean-energy finance in a generation, executed correctly.

How it works in four steps

  1. Tell us about the project. A five-minute form, or a conversation with the EverEnergy Agent, captures your location, sector, and goals.
  2. Receive a curated incentive plan. EverEnergy identifies every program you qualify for — federal, state, utility, CCA, county, and Simmitri-financed — and ranks them by impact and fit.
  3. Choose your financing path. Propel, HDM, or own-and-direct-pay (for non-profits). The plan shows the net cost and cash-flow timeline under each option side by side.
  4. Simmitri handles the execution. Design, permitting, installation, rebate filings, utility interconnection, and — where applicable — IRS direct-pay registration and Form 990-T preparation coordination.

Frequently asked

Does EverEnergy cost extra? No. Using the Agent and receiving an initial incentive plan is free for Simmitri customers. Program-specific costs are disclosed up front in the written plan.

Is EverEnergy only available in California? No. Our incentive library covers all 50 states through DSIRE, plus federal programs. Propel is currently available in AZ, CA, ME, and TX. HDM is available nationally.

Can EverEnergy work with my existing solar installation? Yes. HDM in particular is designed to finance a battery-only upgrade on an existing solar system without disturbing the original installation.

EverEnergy provides program navigation and facilitation; it does not provide legal, tax, or accounting advice. Confirm material decisions with a licensed professional. Propel availability is limited to AZ, CA, ME, and TX. HDM is available nationally; state-specific terms may apply. Incentive availability, amounts, and eligibility are subject to change by the administering agencies and utilities.
