Where do I find the serial?
On the metal nameplate of your outdoor condenser, indoor furnace, or air handler. Usually near the model number.
What does the 10-year warranty cover?
Manufacturer parts only — labor is separate. Covers compressors, coils, motors, and major components from the original install date.
